Category Owner B2B PinService

Pinhome is seeking a Head of B2B Services / Category Owner to lead and own our B2B services business line end-to-end. This role carries full P&L ownership and is responsible for building, operating, and scaling Pinhomes B2B services offering across commercial and residential property segments.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in B2B services, facilities management, operations-led businesses, or complex service organizations
• Proven experience owning or managing a business line or P&L
• Strong background in: Commercial negotiations and client management, Service operations and delivery governance, SOP, SLA, and process design
• Ability to operate comfortably across strategy and execution
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing service partners or vendors
• Strong analytical and financial acumen (pricing, margin, cost control)
• High ownership mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
