We are looking for proactive, confident, and field-ready individuals to help drive brand awareness and demand generation for Pinhome Home Service through offline and online marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelors degree (any major)
- Experience in sales, canvassing, direct marketing, or field promotion is a plus
- Presentable, professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Able to perform both soft selling and hard selling approaches based on audience type
- Comfortable approaching business owners (cafés, restaurants, salons, gyms, apartments, boarding houses, etc.)
- Able to negotiate and secure permission to install marketing materials
- Experienced or comfortable with flyering and voucher distribution
- Disciplined in submitting structured activity reports (photos, location, materials distributed)
- Responsive in handling chats (max. 15 minutes during working hours)
