Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Strong understanding of Balis local market, consumer behavior, and industry landscape
• Comfortable with data, metrics, and performance tracking
• Creative, resourceful, and strong execution capability
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives at once
