
Job description
The AR Manager will lead the Accounts Receivable team, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize processes. They will oversee billing, receivables management, and collections, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
The AR Manager will be responsible for creating and distributing invoices, managing high-volume receivables, and leading the collections process. They will also conduct audits, identify and mitigate errors, and review and enhance process SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, and SQL, with strong analytical and communication skills.
