We are a leading workforce solutions company seeking a Client Partner to connect people with opportunity. The role involves sourcing and securing direct hire job opportunities from companies of various sizes.
Identify and pursue opportunities for direct hire positions across all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to individual contributors, in IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales skill sets. Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure successful delivery of candidates to clients.
Previous experience in a lead generation role related to direct hire, expertise in the IT, Professional, Marketing, and Sales domains, and experience selling staffing solutions to customers in the CMT vertical are required.
