
Job description
Provide day-to-day technical support to Pinnacle Group, working on incidents, problems, changes, projects, and tasks using FreshService ticketing system. Support Pinnacle Group endpoints and Azure cloud infrastructure.
Monitor Pinnacle Group's IT infrastructure, respond to alerts, and assist users. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement resolutions.
