
Job description
Manage the entire recruitment process from inception to offer delivery, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Source and recruit IT professionals for various strategic accounts, primarily on a contract basis.
Screen resumes and job applications, interview candidates, build and maintain talent pipelines, publish job ads, prepare candidates for interviews, and develop strong relationships with clients and potential IT resources.
This role requires a strong understanding of W2 IT requirements, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
