Junior Support Engineer

We're looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our Support Engineering team in Lisbon. As a Junior Support Engineer, you will serve as a technical point of contact for customer and internal support requests, diagnose and resolve issues, and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills and willingness to learn how to use data for troubleshooting
• Some experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills in English and a customer-oriented mindset
