Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Controller to join our Personnel and Organization department in Breuberg, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or commercial training, several years of professional experience, and good language skills in English. The role involves strategic and dispositional personnel and personnel cost planning, supporting the implementation of company goals, and creating management plans and reporting. Requirements

• Degree in business administration or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience
• Good language skills in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good SAP knowledge (experience with the modules HR and CO/FI is an advantage)
• Experience in the area of planning, reporting, and creating forecasts
• Very numbers-oriented and convince through analytical thinking and a good understanding of the relationships between accounting and controlling
• Well-developed cost consciousness
• Resilient and work enthusiastically, goal-oriented, and reliably
• Very good team and communication skills
