Production Associate

Role Overview

The Production Associate performs repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products. This role operates machines per work instructions, works at different work stations and/or departments as production needs require.

What You Will Do

Reads job specifications and work instructions to determine work needed and material requirements. Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with fixture. Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.

Requirements

• A minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• One month of experience in a Production Associate role or a related position
