We're looking for a driven and adaptable Account Development Representative to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts. This role involves outbound prospecting, discovery calls, and collaboration with account teams to build strong client relationships and drive growth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
