Senior Data Analyst - CSA

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Analyst to join our growing analytics team embedded at a client office in Bangalore. You will work at the intersection of data, insight, and storytelling — turning raw data into business decisions through rigorous analysis and compelling visualizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role
• Strong SQL proficiency across any platform
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets
• Clear communication skills — able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders
