We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead Scrum-based engineering teams and drive the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software across Pixlr Group’s core technology platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing Scrum-based engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js), frontend frameworks (React), databases (MongoDB, MySQL), and AWS cloud environments
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience defining and managing KPIs and OKRs using the SMART framework
- Strong delivery ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to balance hands-on coding contributions with people and delivery leadership
