Product Development Engineer

Role Overview

The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for bringing new products into the manufacturing processes and production lines, providing technical and operational support using Lean principles. They will gain exposure and contribute to all areas of the business, supporting Quality, Operations, Health & Safety, and R&D departments.

What You Will Do

Responsible for new product integration, maximising production quality, developing product designs, carrying out cost-saving projects, evaluating manufacturing processes, and performing root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (L8) in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years’ experience
• Problem solver with a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
• Working knowledge and experience with PTC Creo or an alternative CAD package
• Excellent technical report writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
