Warehouse Manager

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for managing shift responsibilities across Inbound and Outbound operations in the distribution centre. The Warehouse Manager will assist in staffing, training, and scheduling of the shift warehouse team, while maintaining strict adherence to payroll budget and productivity goals.

What You Will Do

Provide hands-on supervision for staff, plan daily workloads, support warehouse team to drive a customer-focused environment, and meet all departmental expectations to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have strong Warehouse knowledge and business acumen, with 2-4 years of experience in Distribution Centre operations and a Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or Economics.

Requirements

• Strong Warehouse knowledge and business acumen
• 2-4 years focus in Distribution Centre operations
• Experience using and implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems
• Strong proven leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or Economics
