Works Supervision Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Works Supervision Specialist to supervise and manage building and infrastructure works to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

What You Will Do

Supervise and manage building and infrastructure works throughout the construction lifecycle, monitor contractor performance, site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to schedules, enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and coordinate with design teams, contractors, and project management staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical) or architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master’s Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering disciplines with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the supervision or management of building works for infrastructure projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience serving in a Construction Supervision Engineer or equivalent role
• Valid Professional Certification authorizing Technical Supervision for CC2 or CC3 category buildings/structures
