Facilities Manager

Planet 13 Florida is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead facility operations at our cultivation site, overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of critical systems, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of the cultivation facility
• Lead and manage the maintenance team
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Manage tools, equipment, and supply inventory
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
• Develop and manage maintenance work schedules
• Operate heavy equipment as needed
• Oversee security measures
• Manage janitorial responsibilities
• Supervise new construction projects
• Comply with all HR policies
