Job Description
We are seeking a Copilot Solutions Engineer with experience supporting U.S. Federal agencies to design, deploy, and scale Microsoft Copilot and M365 AI solutions in highly regulated environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, security & compliance, and data sovereignty.
Requirements
- Guide federal clients through adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions in an M365 environment
- Translate mission and operational requirements into secure, scalable Copilot architectures
- Assist to build and configure custom copilots, plugins, prompts, and connectors
- Ensure solutions meet federal security and compliance standards
- Partner with security teams on data residency, access control, audit logging, and governance
- Support ATO processes and security documentation as required
- Collaborate with program managers, partners, and Microsoft teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Support user enablement, prompt engineering best practices, and success measurement
