Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, build, and improve backend solutions that power our critical business systems. As part of a growing and evolving team, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can influence how we build software, helping us continuously raise the bar on our practices, architecture, and code quality while delivering reliable, high-throughput systems that process millions of financial transactions.

What You Will Do

Champion a culture of AI-first development within the team, evaluating new tools and techniques that help us work smarter, not harder. Design, develop, and evolve backend applications with a focus on clean architecture and object-oriented principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience in Java is a plus, but solid OOP skills in any modern language (C#, Kotlin, etc.) are equally valued
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring and testing tools like JUnit is a plus
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and experience in Linux/UNIX environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
