Senior Health Center Manager

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Health Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned health center, ensure efficient clinic performance, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• 5–9 years of staff management experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Demonstrated commitment to customer/patient service and satisfaction
