Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) seeks a strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Public Affairs and Executive Director of the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts (PPAF).
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred (JD, MPP, MPH, MPA, MBA); substantial equivalent experience considered.
- 10–15+ years senior-level leadership in political strategy, public policy, campaigns, or advocacy.
- Demonstrated experience with 501(c)(4) or campaign operations.
- Established credibility within the Massachusetts political landscape.
- Deep understanding of c3/c4 compliance and campaign finance law.
- Proven success in endorsements, electoral strategy, and political fundraising.
- Strong strategic judgment, communication skills, and executive presence.
- Commitment to reproductive freedom, health equity, and justice.
