Job Description
Planned Parenthood of Montana (PPMT) is seeking a Health Center Manager to oversee health center operations, workforce management, and clinical performance. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to the mission and vision of PPMT.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of on-site management experience in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in family planning and reproductive health care management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, supervisory, and healthcare financial management skills
- Ability to motivate a diverse staff, including volunteers
- Valid MT driver's license, access to personal transportation, and proof of automotive insurance
