Job Description
Clinical Supervisor at Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania, overseeing the professional development and performance of clinicians and RNs, ensuring high-quality and ethical patient care.
Requirements
- Directly supervises and manages clinicians and RNs
- Provides guidance and feedback on case management issues
- Conducts chart reviews and submits incident reports
- Leads monthly clinician and RN team meetings
- Conducts skills observation and writes performance evaluations
- Assists in monitoring health center compliance with federal and state laws
- Ensures appropriate follow-up and handling of problems
- Prepares for and participates in inspections and reviews
- Updates PPWP protocols and workflows
- Collaborates with the Clinical Applications and Training Supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing follow-up and management of abnormal labs and referrals
- Responsible for the management of emergent patient problems
