Job Description
The Development Officer, Principal and Major Gifts is responsible for identifying, researching, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual principal and major donors and prospects in the assigned region of the state.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and commitment to the vision and values of PPWI
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Track record of meeting aggressive fundraising goals and securing 5 and 6 figure gifts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a fundraising team
- Proven track record of building relationships with donors from diverse backgrounds
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and relational databases
- Experience with Plus Delta Donor Engagement Process or another moves management tool
