Health Care Assistant

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc. (PPWI) is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support patient appointments, conduct medical/administrative tasks, and ensure efficient clinic operation. The role involves patient interaction, clinical support, administrative assistance, and frontline work in a clinical setting. Requirements

• Commit to excellent customer service and support vision and values of Planned Parenthood.
• Sensitivity to cultural and ethnic differences and ability to relate to diverse communities.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills (in-person & over the phone).
• CPR certification.
• Experience in EHR/EPM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
