We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing and communications team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans, and will be committed to our mission of providing quality, affordable healthcare services and education to our community.

- Must support the mission of Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin and be committed to a culture of collaboration and excellent customer service.
- Must have a demonstrated commitment to the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Must show a demonstrated ability to communicate a range of topics impacting organizational brand and targeted audiences.
- Must have an ability to develop organization-wide marketing and communication strategies.
- Must have demonstrated expertise in media relations, rapid response, and crisis communication.
- Experience with MS365 applications.
- Experience with project management tools/systems.
- Must have a strong understanding of the evolving dynamics of communications and narrative building.
- Must show an ability to balance multiple projects.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in policy, communications, journalism, political science, psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive communications experience, including roles in public relations, communication, marketing, and executive–level leadership.
