
Job description
Assist the school principal in overall school administration and provide leadership in specific areas of school operation. Work in a high school setting with a focus on instructional management, school improvement, student management, administration, and personnel management.
Develop and implement instructional programs, manage staff performance, and foster a positive school climate. Oversee campus operations, manage budgets, and coordinate with community members. Supervise staff and evaluate their performance.
Ideal candidate has a master's degree in education, a valid Texas teacher/principal certificate, and experience as a classroom teacher and in a campus/district leadership role. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
