Sr. Field Service Engineer

Provides advanced and expert-level maintenance and repairs service and training on assigned equipment while maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.

Requirements

• B.S. degree from four-year college in an Engineering discipline or 8-10 years of experience on semiconductor and related equipment.
• At least 5 years of Vacuum, RF, and Electrical experience required
• Capable of understanding Etch and CVD related processes, background in Process Parametric is useful
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, major credit card (for business travel), and valid passport without restrictions
