Material Engineer

We are looking for a Material Engineer to join our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic. The role involves providing expert guidance on polymeric materials, solving material-related issues, and driving innovation and cost-optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Secondary school education in chemistry, technology, or engineering (university degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with polymeric materials
• Knowledge of production technologies and material testing methodologies
• Strong decision-making ability, proactive approach, high independence, and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong customer and quality orientation
