Data Analyst Junior

Role Overview

We are looking for analysts in Delivery Management Unit to work close to engineering and product teams, understand how value is delivered, and turn operational data into clear insights, dashboards, and practical recommendations.

What You Will Do

Build and support dashboards and reports for Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Leadership. Analyze delivery metrics and process data to find bottlenecks, risks, dependencies. Automate manual reports and make reporting easier, clearer, and more reliable.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools, ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions, proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL, strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, analytical mindset and systematic thinking, experience in hypothesis testing and validation, good communication skills.
