
Job description
Playbook is looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle frontline tickets, fraud and dispute work, and provide hands-on support to Product team. This is a high-ownership role that requires strong written English proficiency and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via Intercom, assist with credit card dispute resolution and fraud investigations, maintain and improve help center articles and internal support documentation, and support product launches and new feature rollouts.
This role offers real ownership over documentation, processes, and the customer support experience, and the opportunity to work directly alongside a team that's trusted as a product partner.
