Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative production, digital art direction, or creative leadership
• Strong experience leading creative teams in gaming, digital products, or consumer applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for image, video, and creative content generation
• Strong understanding of player engagement, LiveOps content, and promotional asset production
• Experience establishing creative standards and workflows across teams
