Warranty Coordinator

PleasureLand RV Center is seeking a full-time Warranty Coordinator to ensure accurate warranty claims submission and maintain up-to-date information across all Brainerd locations. The role involves relationship management with manufacturers, claim processing, and regular travel to other dealerships for review.

Requirements

• Build and maintain relationship with various manufacturers to review delinquent and disputed claims.
• Manage the warranty claims process from submission to tracking.
• Travel to the other Brainerd dealership location to review warranty claims and the process on a regular basis.
• Computer and Internet skills
• Good communication skills.
