Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, intermediate English level, and advanced communicative and negotiating skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role in an IT company
• Intermediate English level
• Experience in resolving office equipment issues and office supply matters
• Experience in coordinating corporate merch development and cooperating with HR team
• Understanding and experience in procurement matters and ability to provide monthly reports
• Advanced communicative and negotiating skills
• Helping HR team to arrange team builings and other corporate events
