Project Management Coordinator

An integral member of the Project Management department providing increased productivity and overall effectiveness of the engineering Project Management function.

Requirements

• Supports the Project Management process through contributions to continuous improvement
• Monitors and analyzes financial status of individual projects managed by Design center
• Supports the financial billing, Purchasing and Business Office functions to help resolve action items and conflicts between local and corporate finance group
• Demonstrates knowledge of the PM Toolset by being the “go to” person for the Project Management Team and other team members who have questions and/or need guidance
• Proactively reviews what PMC team (local and global) additional service offering might be able to support the Project Management Team and works to implement these items across the organization
• Participates in the CAPA process by identifying quality problems and supports the CAPA process to ensure Plexus consistently provides high quality services
