Project Manager I

To plan and manage limited scope engineering projects for PLXS-ENG customers, supporting business development and managing customer expectations regarding project scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and any changes to the original proposal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 or more years of related experience
• Intermediate Computer Skills
• Decision making, Problem Solving Skills
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• General understanding and experience in at least one discipline of electronic product development
• Product development and product realization processes
• Project management skills and knowledge of management principles
• Team building and team leadership skills
• Organizational, presentation, and leadership skills
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
