Senior Operations Manager

Responsible for establishing and maintaining direction to all operational personnel within a focus factory to ensure customer and operational commitments are fulfilled. Develops and leads the manufacturing operations team, oversees the implementation of customer and operational strategies, and manages site operational and daily management metrics.
