
Job description
The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas, responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team and managing the day-to-day customer relationship.
Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, take the lead in engaging with Customers, lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction, leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics to identify risks and variances.
