Program Manager

Role Overview

The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas, responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team and managing the day-to-day customer relationship.

What You Will Do

Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, take the lead in engaging with Customers, lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction, leverage operational cost and quality metrics, and proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Two (2) years of related experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities
