Job description
The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and various Plexus functional areas, responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team and managing the day-to-day customer relationship.
Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team, take the lead in engaging with Customers, lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction, leverage operational cost and quality metrics, and proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics.
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive development and coaching.
