
Job description
Provides advanced level support to Program Managers to improve delivery performance and enhance customer satisfaction, performance metrics reporting and analysis.
Drives problem resolution and Continuous Improvement, prepares and maintains performance data, plans and coordinates customer site visits, and takes the lead on day-to-day customer engagement.
Requires a minimum of a post-high school education and 3-5 years of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
