Test Technician

Role Overview

As a Test Technician at Plexus, you will ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. You will work collaboratively to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.

What You Will Do

Executes Manufacturing solutions, utilizes tools to perform necessary work, demonstrates a basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and executes responsibilities under supervision.

This role requires an Associate's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, and risk awareness.
