The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading the Purchasing team, representing the organization in supplier and customer interactions, and driving operational improvement through best practices.
Mentor and manage the purchasing team, ensure purchasing adherence to company policy, lead performance improvement, and exemplify company core values.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and work in a dynamic environment.
