Job description
The Manager - Purchasing is responsible for leading and managing the Purchasing team, representing the organization in supplier and customer interactions, and driving operational improvement through best practices.
Mentor and manage the purchasing team, ensure purchasing adherence to company policy, lead performance improvement, and implement best practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and operate with minimal direction.
