PLK Communities is seeking a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our residential apartment communities. Responsibilities include performing property maintenance, completing work orders, and maintaining the property grounds and common areas.

Requirements

• Maintenance or 'handyman' experience
• Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
