Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of our residential apartment community. The successful candidate will perform various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC service and repair.
Requirements
- Maintenance or 'handyman' experience
- Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
