Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish Preferred

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our customers, delivering superior customer service and educating them on our company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be honest and have integrity
• Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
