Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
- Ability to engage with customers, strong verbal communication, and attention to detail
- English fluency, English/Spanish bilingual a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs, work in restrictive spaces
