Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers, delivering superior customer service and educating customers on our company products and services.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Strong verbal communication
• English fluency is required
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
