Pluxee is a global player in Employee Benefits and Engagement that operates in 28 countries. The Finance Controller will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support decision-making. The role is part of a multicultural team that moves as one in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Analyze financial data, prepare reports, monitor budget performance, assist in financial forecasting and budgeting, conduct cost analysis, and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field, fluent in French and English.
